Rooted in giving back

When I started Ridare, I wanted the name to carry meaning. Ridare means “to give back” in Italian, which felt right from the beginning. Before moving into luxury events, I worked as a Special Educational Needs teacher – a role that taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of looking out for others.

For me, Ridare isn’t just about creating seamless guest experiences; it’s also about giving back. It’s at the heart of why I started the company and continues to shape the way I work today.
