Sophie founded Ridare to enhance the guest experience at events. Her love for hosting memorable gatherings and her passion for travel led her to work with a specialist travel and events company, focusing on Italy. It was during this time that she saw a need for bettering guest services at events. Recognising the impact that thoughtful, well-coordinated guest experiences can have, she started Ridare in 2024.

Sophie's approach with Ridare is simple: to support event planners by taking care of the details that ensure guests feel welcomed and looked after. Whether it’s handling pre-event questions, accommodation logistics or providing on-site assistance, her goal is to make the event process smoother for everyone involved. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling and exploring new places, always on the lookout for fresh ideas and inspiration.

Cat is Queen of the spreadsheet! With six years of experience in the events industry, Cat is committed to providing impeccable service, ensuring that every guest feels looked after. As a seasoned Guest Liaison for high-end events and weddings, she specialises in creating flawless, memorable experiences from the moment invitations are sent out right up until the final farewell.

Whether managing guest lists, coordinating personalised touches, or overseeing luxury accommodations, Cat’s warm, professional approach ensures that every guest is treated with the highest level of care and attention.

Outside of her professional life, Cat is a proud mother of three and an avid traveller with a passion for exploring new cultures. She also expresses her creativity through music, leading her own a cappella group, where her love for harmony and collaboration comes to life.
